The Mechanical Aptitude Test (TAM) consists of 68 multiple-choice questions that must be answered in 30 minutes. It can only be administered online.

This test assesses a candidate's understanding of mechanical concepts, tools, and problem-solving skills. It includes spatial reasoning, concepts of force and motion, electricity, pulleys, and more, making it ideal for positions in manufacturing, engineering, and skilled trades.

The TAM is used to evaluate the following elements:
