The IPVI offers an analysis by a dual approach, assessing both the behavior and the values of people.
The assessment of potential and performance is perceived through the results of the evaluation of one’s personality. It is the analysis of the values that brings out the motivation of the candidates, and the foundations of what drives them to act. By offering such an analysis, the IPVI responds well to the challenges of modern recruitment by offering a tool that takes in account factors such as mobility, corporate values, skills assessment, and coaching.
This questionnaire allows adults (15 years old and over) of all socio-cultural backgrounds to get an accurate assessment of their personality. It has the merit of reconciling the practical imperatives of test administering and the methodological rigor of psychometrics.
The North American normative data were established in 2015.

The work of Gordon - Chevrier in previous decades have defined a tool highly valid and reliable, to measure the personality and values of a candidate.
