Make sure the email address listed to the right of their name is valid. If not, click See more in the last column of the table.
In Section 1 (Candidate Information), click Edit Candidate.
Edit the candidate's email address, then click Save.
In Section 5 (Report/Test Code), click Send a Reminder.
In the window that opens ("Are you sure you want to send a confirmation email to the selected list?"), check Yes, I'm sure”, then click Send.

In the window that opens ("Are you sure you want to regenerate the selected reports? Make sure you have selected only the completed reports. Regeneration may take a few minutes."), check Yes, I'm sure”, then click Ok.
To access the report, click on the icon in the column PDF of the table.

The platform does not allow multiple reports to be printed simultaneously. Each report must be printed individually
To print a report:

In Section 5 (Report / Test Code), click on the icon present in the column PDF from the table and open the PDF for easy printing.

Accepted Answer

This problem occurs when the candidate's age does not match the age range of the standards associated with the test.
For example, in the case of a school BRIEF – parent, the age of the candidate should be between 6 and 17 years old.
To solve this problem:
Under the Candidates tab of the main menu, use the Search function to find the candidate. 
In the last column of the table, click See more.
In Section 1 (Candidate Information), click Edit Candidate. Edit the candidate's age, then click Save.
Then regenerate the candidate report:
In Section 5 (Report / Test Code), click on the icon present in the Regenerate column. 
In the window that opens ("Are you sure you want to regenerate the selected reports? Make sure you have selected only the completed reports. Regeneration may take a few minutes."), check Yes, I'm sure ”, then click Ok.
To access the report, click on the icon in the PDF column of the table.

1) Create a self-registration code for group administration:
Under the Groups tab of the main menu, click the Create Self-Registration Code button.
You can enter a short description in Section 2 to remind you which group this code refers to.
2) Determine the validity period of the code:
In section 3 (Period of validity), select from the calendars the start date and the end date of the code's validity.
Check the Enabled box.
This box is useful because it allows you to manage access to the self-registration code. For example, if you have assigned a code to a group to take one or more tests on a given date, you can then deactivate this code so that no other candidate can have access to these tests.
3) Choose the test(s):
In Section 6 (Choose Test(s)), select the test(s) to administer, then click Add.
There is no limit to the number of tests you can administer during a group administration.

In the last column of the table, click on See more.
 
In section 5 (Report / Test code), Under BGTA, the link raw score appears.
 
You must click on the link. A window will open allowing you to enter the raw scores of the BGTA. 
 
If the candidate has not completed sections 8 to 12 of the BGTA , enter zero and click on generate, otherwise enter the scores obtained in parts 8 to 12 of the BGTA. 
 
Once this step is completed, it is no longer possible to modify the scores of a candidate.
 
click on the icon in the PDF  column of the table and open the PDF for easy printing.
