Personalized personality tests

Our personality tests reveal the qualities that define our relationships with others when we are at our best. Whether your goal is to find the right employee or develop stronger leaders, a personality assessment provides valuable insight into how people work or lead a team, as well as their potential for success.

The PAI personality test describes traits associated with personality disorders. It is primarily used in clinical settings, but can also be used by psychologists in selection processes to identify candidates with a personality disorder that could impact their work.

 

Personality inventories based on the Big Five personality model, on the other hand, more accurately predict the relevant criteria to consider, with validity values of 0.43 (Emotional Stability), 0.35 (Extraversion-Ambition), 0.34 (Agreeableness), 0.36 (Conscientiousness) and 0.34 (Openness) (Hogan and Holland 2003).
