HR Director, Guidance Counselor,
Have you ever wondered where your organization's culture is in terms of sustainable development?
You have engaged in a corporate responsibility approach, but you do not know if you can count on your teams to be their ambassadors? If we surveyed your employees on what is sustainable development, would they answer rather:
a) Oh, me the environment, you know ...
b) Yes yes, we are green, we recycle at home
c) We are as durable in our travels as our purchases, and our friends often ask us for advice on the subject!
The Quotient in Sustainable Development (QDD) test aims to assess not only the knowledge of individuals (the "knowledge") but also their ability to implement this knowledge ("know-how") as well as the application and the embodying the principles of sustainable development in everyday life ("savoir-être").
the test covers a multitude of themes, aligned with provincial, national and global standards such as the Quebec Strategy for Sustainable Development, the Federal Sustainable Development Strategy, the UN Objectives or ISO 26000. Among these themes:
01 The diet
02 Water consumption
03 Energy consumption
08 Residual materials
09 Health and quality of life
OPT FOR THE QUOTIENT IN SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
Sensitization the QDD is in itself an awareness tool.
The respondent has the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of sustainable development, to understand the extent of the issues and to experience their interconnectivity.
By better understanding where your teams are located in terms of their knowledge and skills in the field, you will be better equipped to meet their training needs.
You will also have the opportunity to identify leaders or ambassadors for your corporate strategy.
